Established over 100 years ago, UTILE is a traditional British manufacturing company with a reputation for producing quality Gas & Air Compressors, Digester Mixing Systems, Double Membrane Gas Holders, Pipework Systems and Turnkey Packages.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We manufacture our own range of gas compressors and gas boosters in Northamptonshire and these have been supplied on a turnkey basis to the Wastewater Treatment, Food and Farm AD industries for many decades. We established ourselves within the UK and Oversees Water Companies on Sludge Treatment Processing, providing bespoke solutions for digester gas & air mixing systems, gas booster systems and double membrane gas storage. This has since developed throughout the AD industry for all commercial and farm applications.

We have been the sole UK distributor for Sattler membrane cover solutions for almost 25 years, predominantly concentrating on the ground mount, double membrane gas storage solutions, where the high quality Sattler membrane product, has proved to be a market leader. Sattler then teamed up with Ceno and expanded their range of products which allowed us to enter the tank mounted cover and double membrane market with much success. Now, Sattler/Ceno are part of the Agrotel group (a German Company), Utile now have an even more extensive range of products to offer the industry, such as lagoon covers, slurry tank covers and high silo roofs.

And as Authorised Partners with Mehrer of Germany, Utile are now able offer high pressure Gas Compressors for Biogas, Hydrogen, CO2, Methane, Natural, Synthetic, Landfill and many other gases.

Our range of oil free reciprocating and diaphragm compressors are ideally suited for Biomethane, Hydrogen and CO2 Storage, transfer & compression in applications such as Gas to Grid, Transportation, Production, Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) and many other industrial uses.
