CPL/Puragen Activated Carbons supplies a broad selection of FiltraCarb® activated carbons, optimised for specific purification tasks, such as the removal of hydrogen sulfide, siloxanes and ammonia. Our team of experts will help customers select the ideal treatment solution for their particular requirement, since each project is different. Activated carbons can be supplied in a range of VOCSorber® mobile carbon filters, ranging in size from small drum-sized units up to large 7m tall filters delivered to site on dedicated tipping trailers. Wherever possible, spent carbons are recycled by thermal reactivation at our award-winning facility in Immingham, via our REACT-Sys process. We can even recycle spent carbons that are heavily-loaded with sulfur, a common issue in the biogas industry, thanks to our latest ‘CR3’ technology that is unique within our sector. This technological break through demonstrates our commitment to the recycling of activated carbon, wherever possible, to achieve a circular environmental filtration solution. We can assist customer on site with our dedicated and experienced Site Services team and we also have full R&D/QC back-up at our Immingham production facility. We are UK and EU REACH registered and are the only activated carbon company to hold ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environmental) and ISO45001 (health & safety) accreditation.
